Game of Attrition: Arlene Sierra, Vol. 2, is Sierra's orchestral portrait disc, released by Bridge Records to international critical acclaim.



Bridge Records has announced its upcoming season of releases, which will include three projects that feature Arlene Sierra's music:

CUATRO CORRIDOS is a chamber opera based on a story of women trapped in a cycle of prostitution and slavery in and around the San Diego/Tijuana border region. Music by composers Hilda Paredes, Arlene Sierra, Lei Liang, and Herbert Vazquez on a libretto by Jorge Volpi. Susan Narucki, soprano (premiere recording)

NEW MUSIC FOR TWO PIANOS: Quattro Mani plays Michael Daugherty, Paul Lansky, Fred Lerdahl, John Musto, Arlene Sierra, Tod Machover, Charles Ives, Gyorgy Kurtag (2 discs)

ARLENE SIERRA, Vol. 3: World premiere recordings of new chamber works featuring distinguished performers from America and Europe including the Benedetti-Elschenbroich-Grynyuk Trio and the Horszowski Trio.
